Canon On Show At BSC Expo And BVE 2017

UK / ROI: At both BSC Expo and BVE 2017, Canon UK will demonstrate the latest in UHD workflows including its new flagship 4K camera - the EOS C700.
Launched in September 2016, the EOS C700 has been designed and built with extreme versatility so it can be used in any shooting environment by either cinema DoPs or high-end broadcast producers.
At the shows, Canon will demonstrate the camera’s flexibility with the wide range of dedicated accessories it’s designed to allow users to build out a shooting rig however they want. These include full HD OLED viewfinder system with a wide colour gamut, a remote operational unit, a shoulder support and grip unit as well as a specifically-designed Codex external RAW recorder that lets users capture 4K RAW in up to 100P/120P.
Alongside the EOS C700, Canon will also be showcasing a wide range of broadcast and CINE lenses including the new CN-E18-80mm T4.4 L IS KAS S. Designed for professional and advanced amateur filmmakers the lens offers the perfect balance of operability and outstanding precision and quality, giving users the power to capture exceptional footage.
The new 24” and 17” 4K HDR monitors (DP-V1710 and DP-V2420) also launched in September 2016 will also be on display. The models combine Canon’s image processing engine with a proprietary backlight system and an IPS LCD panel to deliver incredible colour reproduction, high-resolution and high-contrast visuals.
Canon will be demonstrating all these products, and more, on stand 614 at the BSC Expo at Battersea Evolution
on the 3rd and 4th February. It will also demonstrate its 4K solutions on stand H50
at BVE 2017 at the ExCel London between 28 February and 2 March.
